To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the product is unworn and has all the tags attached. Our return processing team will inspect the item before approving the return. Please note that damaged products caused by the customer or used products will not be eligible for a refund.

Important Note:

If you notice any dissimilarity, defect, or damage that occurred during transit, please inform us within 3 days so that we can resolve the issue. We cannot provide a resolution if the customer fails to notify us within the specified period.

Please be aware that the product’s color may appear slightly different to some individuals due to variations in screen resolution.

Postage and Packaging:

We offer free shipping at our own expense; therefore, we are unable to provide free prepaid shipping labels for customers returning products.
