If you notice any dissimilarity, defect, or damage that occurred during transit, please inform us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos so that we can resolve the issue promptly. We may not be able to provide a resolution if the customer fails to notify us within the specified period.

Postage and Packaging:

We offer free shipping at our own expense; however, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
